Gavin is a sales and marketing executive with over 24 years of experience and success in Revenue Generation, Sports/Entertainment Marketing, and Integrated Media and Sponsorships.


As part of the LANG team, Gavin is a key strategist in partnership sales. He works across multiple account teams representing some of North America’s best properties. Outside of Lang Marketing Network, Gavin also provided revenue strategy and sales support for organizations like The Stronach Group, The National Advertising Challenge and The Invictus Games.


Most recently, Gavin was Chief Commercial Officer at Golf Canada where he was responsible for Revenue and Marketing for all Golf Canada properties. Gavin led the team to revenue growth through innovative partnerships and new sales strategies.


Formerly Vice President of Multiplatform Sales at Rogers Media, where Gavin led strategy and development of campaigns for advertisers that bridged the broadcast, publishing, digital and radio divisions, and Vice President, Sales at Canada’s Olympic Media Consortium (the official media rights holder for the 2010 and 2012 Olympics), where Gavin lead a team that developed and negotiated some of the largest integrated media partnerships in Canadian media history.


Gavin has also held senior sales and marketing roles with the Canadian Football League and WWE Canada, and spent 6 years in the ad agency world.


Gavin lives in Vaughan with his wife, 2 teenage daughters and 3 dogs. He is an avid golfer and consumer of sports and entertainment content.
